LCD is Liquid Crystal Display, and LED is Light Emmitting diode. LED can present true black, unlike LCD TVs.
I got one it’s a very good display taken in account the thickness and design. Local Dimming does give slightly better blacks and in the latest panels a bit higher contrast. But those panels are also more expensive so.
This commercial is too awesome, give me chills. Just watching it makes me want to buy it already, lol.
